Conceptual Framework
The framework focuses on the usage of the internet services within the campus of Ateneo de Davao University. It affects the following variables:
* Convenience – The internet service must be present at areas where students prefer to connect. Such areas are the gazebo, Bellarmine Hall and Finster Halls lobbies. Unfortunately, the speed of the connection in these areas is low since many users are logging in and other students who are searching for information and downloading documents in the internet.
* Accessibility – There are websites in which students cannot get an easy access to it and there are areas wherein the internet connection is located that students could not get its speed adequately. The higher the speed, the better the coherence will be.
* Resources – Wi-Fi connection accessible all around the school campus and the LAN connection of the computers of the library are some of the resources of internet connection. More resources of the internet connection would be more convenient for the students.
* Students Involved-These are the users of the provided internet connection. Some of them have laptops, some dont. Those without laptops are encouraged to register in the internet reservation which unfortunately, is time-consuming for them. Furthermore, those with laptops are having problems in accessing to the internet connection in the fastest way.
* Availability – The internet service is only available on a scheduled time. Hence, the students cannot have the privilege to set the availability of time whenever they wanted to access the internet.
