Goal for Educational Future
1. Goal for educational future:
The goal I have set for my educational future is to stop procrastinating the start of my work for the three big projects I have to finish within the next three weeks. I will begin with the work of this paper and finish it before work today. Tomorrow I will dedicate 3 hours before work to help my group put together our portfolio and be sure to email my group the results from where I stopped. Sunday will be dedicated entirely to my book report and finishing the portfolio with my group. I will progressively work on each project until each is complete. Once I complete these projects I can then shift my focus to studying for finals. Though this is my main goal for my educational future and is over in May I also have the goal to come back to school to get my masters. But because I am not 100% positive where I will be the most happy working in my future I am going to take my time gaining experience in various fields of work until I find I love what I am doing. I then will apply for my masters to gain more knowledge in a field that is crucial to my success. I plan to figure out exactly what degree will be most beneficial to my success within the next 5-7 years.
2. Goal for how you will improve yourself as a person ethically, morally, or spiritually:
A goal I have set to improve myself is to always stay positive and surround myself with other people who will support me. Since we began this semester and began our leadership assignments I have become more aware of ways to improve myself and have reflected that impact onto others around me. This is something that I work on, on a continuous basis, daily and weekly. By inspiring other people to think positive and see the brighter side of any bad situation has helped my friends and I to become more optimistic. I think this is an important goal to have because positive influence on one another can make a huge impact on the happiness you desire. I have one friend who gets her self confidence from putting others down so each time she does it becomes an opportunity for me to teach her things I have learned to a better person. Without directly coming out and telling her what she is doing wrong, I suggest ideas or thoughts that make her more aware of what she does to other people. I have shared with her how much these leadership assignments have helped me grow as a person and help me to reach my goals. Each week I write out areas I want to improve in or list what I would like to accomplish. By crossing a few goals off my list daily it helps motivate me to accomplish the rest of my goals.
3. Goal to improve the lives of other people you care about:
The goal I have set to improve the lives other people I care about is to be a positive influencer and help motivate them to reach their goals. Some of my friends have no plan or direction for their life
