What does it mean the expression “Steep Your Soul”?
Let’s think about the word “steep”, that can be an adjective and a verb. As an adjective, it’s an almost straight up or down. As a verb, it’s the act to put something in a liquid for a period of time, for instance, the action of putting the tea into the water in a mug. Thinking about the adjective, let’s imagine we are at the bottom of a very steep hill that we have to climb. There are obstacles over the path, a very hard way to be sought, but we have to find energy to overcome it and get the top. Steeping the tea it’s not only the process to prepare tea but it’s sort of a therapy, a good way to think about that steep path, which makes us feel anxious or excited about the idea of getting up hill.
