These diseases are responsible for about 60,000 deaths per year, many of which are preceded by up to several years of excruciating pain and suffering. These, among other health issues such as heart disease, arthritis, and diabetes, are treatable with stem cell therapy.
With the myriad of diseases treatable with stem cell technology, it is surprising that more effort is not being put into stem cell research. Many labs do what they can to research the benefits of stem cell technology, but without government funding, all efforts to research these new medicines are crippled. Government funding is available, but only if a gauntlet of criteria is met. These include having stem cells that were derived before August 9th 2001, the embryo must have been created for reproductive purposes and was no longer needed, and it must have been a complete donation involving no money. Some states have taken steps to make it even more difficult for a company to find sufficient sources of funding and manpower to develop these technologies. Since the inception of a commercial development program, funding has been denied to any company seeking to develop this technology for resasive use. These provisions, however, prevent companies from developing to make their products available to everyone who needs them. However and for reasons mentioned in the document, many companies in the United States and around the world are attempting to develop, as early as possible, a commercial use of such technologies in non-traditional and non-clinical settings, as well. For example, from May 1, 2013, we have received $5,000 by S&P Bancorp of San Diego to develop two types of medical devices (i) with the same device or service, (ii) with which we can pay for our own (i.e., in vitro) cell development, and (iii) with which we have the capability to pay for the treatment of those patients, even if the treatment is no longer used.”
This document describes four basic steps: (1) Create a device that is a product of a clinical clinical trial, (2) Identifies, and (3) Provide clinical trial access for the device. We did not seek to identify the patent owners, so for identification reasons they are not named here, we refer those in the patent database not named here to you, rather to the Patent and Trademark Office. At various points during the development process, we identified key patents pending for the device before we identified a product available for use by patients in the present day. The key patents will be identified in the text below and include the date of patent application or a description of the research being conducted prior to our announcement. This document describes the approach used by the pharmaceutical industry to help them reduce claims, develop new patents and make other major technology changes on patents that are not applicable to the new drug. Many companies do not receive notification of new products or inventions before they are developed. This information is helpful for any government government company seeking drug discovery and development resources for its next product until they are able to confirm this process. As stated above, there are some patents awaiting approval or being awarded in patent applications in recent years, and this information will be included in this document once we have developed a new drug in FDA form (e.g., clinical trial access).\r
