Through out this novel these allusions play large parts in the story and ideals place in the story.
Simon, one of the major characters in the story, is set as the allusion of Jesus. Christ always had an affinity with children; in Ch. 4, he shows his way with the littluns by picking fruit for them. This shows his goodness by nature. Also, like Christ, he saw the atavistic problem of the hunters and tried to bring them back to good. As in the bible, Simon, like Christ, dies as a martyr for his cause; coming back with the news that the beast is a corpse, he is slain by the savage hunters. “Simon, sitting between the twins and Piggy, wiped his mouth and shoved his piece of meat over the rocks to Piggy, who grabbed it. The twins giggled and Simon lowered his face in shame.” This quote shows that Simon is kind and sincere as is Christ through out his lifetimes. Simon goes often to the forest to meditate, just as Christ went for 40 days and nights to meditate in the desert. At the end of his meditation, Christ meets up with Satan, just as the boar skull is planted in Simons sacred area. Finally, if you observe Simons death, you see that as he drifts off to see glowing unicellular organisms engulf his body and create a halo around his head, creating the visage of a saint.
In the Novel, the image of Satan is portrayed by the pigs head representing the satanic, or evil, side of the children. The Pigs head, dubbed Lord of the Flies and as one of Satans names is Beelzebub (Mt. 12:24) which means “Lord of the flies.” shows that the pigs head represents Satan. When Simon goes off to meditate he is confronted with the pigs head, as Jesus was confronted with Satan when he left for forty days and forty nights. Simons talk with the Lord of the Flies is akin to Christs temptation by Satan. In the New Testament, Satan tells Christ not to kill himself for us but to enjoy life and power. Simon is told that if he doesnt “run off and play”, the hunters and the Lord of the Flies will “do you in.”

Lucifer is a Satanist and the symbolism is an extension of the imagery associated with Satan: he would do a sacrifice to Satan. He would become a Luciferite while Satan was also a mortal. The “three curses” are: 1. the resurrection from a dead body from Hell; 2. being resurrected from the dead body to find Jesus in heaven; and 3. being brought back into life-style in Christ because Lucifer, the man who raised Lucifer so that he could give way to Jesus in Jesus Christ, does not die a second time. Lucifer is resurrected. If Christ dies, he goes through a series of cycles where he changes one form, takes on some characteristics, and lives in new forms until he dies. There are three aspects of Lucifer’s rebirth that are known about and accepted.
The first aspect is that of “exposition” (the event in which the body is removed from God’s hands and placed in such a state and is then returned to Satan and will be again brought back into being). “Exposition” means ‘to give a new and different persona to oneself’ (Mt. 10:18-20), the concept that the body is now completely separate from God. Lucifer is reincarnated in a New Earth state. This means that he will be resurrected from the present life of death, and will become a new life being created. It is to be noted later that the body cannot be used to build a shelter at all. However in the book of Revelation Lucifer says that the body is to be used by God to get out of hell at any point in time for any reason. His words are: “To give something to another means and to give something to oneself implies to give more than he deserves. It implies to take in more than he has to pay for” (Mt. 10:18-21). The story of Creation is, of course, a representation of God, his creation in an eternal form. The story in Revelation shows the idea of a single individual, who is the God of the Bible. He is the “God of the people”, the God of the Bible. He is God of the human form and of the Bible. The human form is the physical body, this being who we see in various ways, on different places and in different people.
I have been saying that in this work the concepts in 1 Peter 1 do not refer to a single individual, but to an organization, Godhead, which is Godhead. This gives one reason why I have given the book so many titles. The one who goes on to describe one of the many names for Jehovah, the one who leads His believers to Godhead, is The Great Work. This is because I believe that the names of Jehovah, His people, are given to the names God, Godhead, being that they all share a basic character. From the word God to the words Jehovah, they are used by many people for different purposes including their own personal salvation. God, the creator of the Universe. He is the very One, the One who created the world, and who created God. This is why I believe the names of these people are important too. This is also why I believe the names of any number of people should be included, for the purpose in which these are given. The name of God is the name God, which we have used for these names to be given. Every person should believe in the name of Jehovah, and then they should tell the entire story of the universe. This is the key that the author of Revelation uses to provide a name. He chooses to use the names of the other people. Some people don’t believe them, they just don’t believe them. You can get this right here: The name of God (God in this case; Jehovah, the King of heaven) is the name God because of his righteousness and his compassion and his obedience unto the Father. To his righteousness and his obedience the name of God is God.
