The “National Committee on Employee Performance” was initiated in 1996 by the U.S. Office of Technology Assessment , a division of the Department of Education ; as a result, the department became the nation’s first public-private partnership that provides information on education at public and private colleges and universities, provides academic data on the state, county, and city of a particular state, national economic program, and provides state and federally mandated funding for schools of business and other industries. It provides for funding for information on the following groups of sectors:(i) management,

(iii) environmental justice,
and
(iv) youth care,
