Stress is the feeling of mental, physical, or emotional strain or tension. It is a common term used by people when they encounter a problem in their life. This problem could be anything from the surrounding.

How to handle stress
Eating a banana – Eating a banana can help improve your mood and reduces PMS symptoms, which also help control blood sugar and produces stress-relieving relaxation.

Do what you love and feeling comfortable – Even if your job is very stress, try to find a hobby that you feel meaningful and fulfilling.
Reduce the intensity of your emotional reactions to stress – If you are stressed and overwhelmed, perhaps you are trying to handle too much. Rid yourself of extra duties that arent necessary or important. Learn how to delegate and how to say “no” without feeling guilty. Ask for help if you need it.

Exercise Regularly – Physical activity plays a key role in reducing and preventing the effects of stress. Make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise, three times per week. Nothing beats aerobic exercise for releasing pent-up stress and tension.
