Figure 2 discussed the effects of joining organizations to a students inter-personal skills. Notably, it can be said that most of the respondents agreed to all the positive effects provided by student organizations. In this figure, it can be interpreted that only few respondents completely disagreed to these effects. To be specific, some of them completely disagreed on the effect of D5 (improving the learning skills of students) while some of them completely agreed on D2 (students can gain more friends when they are part of a student organization). In addition to this effect, no one disagreed about it and they all think that this is a great effect. In conclusion, joining organizations will produce positive effects to a students inter-personal skills.

According to the interpretation, it can be said that joining student organizations improves the inter-personal skills of students in a way of helping them gain more friends. According to some research that support this argument, students have the opportunity to get involved and meet others who share their academic, athletics, community service, and professional interests. Student organizations are a great way to meet new friends and gain valuable leadership experience. There are many opportunities for involvement that will suit your personal interests (IUPUC, 2012). On the other hand, it can also be said that student organizations in the inter-personal skill level do not help on improving the learning skills of students. According to another research, student organizations give students lesser time to study because they tend to spend most of their time on their organizations, which results to poor learning skills (Luna, 2008).
In the first description in the graph or D1 (boosts self-esteem & confidence), it can be said that students who join a student organization have more trust and confidence on themselves because they are always given exercises where they can express themselves and interact with other people.
In the second description in the graph or D2 (enables a student to gain more friends), it can be said that students who join student organizations enables students to gain more friend. In their student organizations, they are given chances to meet new friends because of the activities offered to them.
