Such kind of people has following traits: intelligence, initiative, self-confidence, orientation toward achievement and interpersonal skills.Also style and behavior of management are issues as well:Task-management (more for production, less for people) – consider people as commodities; manager`s responsibility is to plan, direct and control the work of subordinates;

Impoverished management (less for production, less for people) – effective production is unobtainable because people are laze, empathic and indifferent;

Country club management (less for production, more for people) – production is incidental to lack of conflict a and “good fellowship”;Team management (more for people, more for production) – production is from integration of tasks and human requirements;Middle-of-the-road (the happy medium) – push for production but don`t go “all out”, give some but not all, be “fair and firm”Influencing people is very important aspect of managing team. 1.A. A full-time role, you must get to know the teams. This can be done by a company in your community, especially through a role in your club. This may include mentoring, but also as a volunteer. In my past, I made a couple friends who I thought were great leaders based in a way that helped give others the opportunity to grow and change at an early age. With that background, I began to realize that others in my community didn`t always fit the profile but if there were people who worked to gain an influence while in that role, they might gain in influence. This might mean having many opportunities for mentors and co-workers to assist.
I found that once there are some people that are in the program and have that level of knowledge and connection with all their teams I can bring the value of that to them. Sometimes I may go to the club first, so the next person in their organization will know a few of their strengths and weaknesses, they will be able to help them be better leaders, better leaders. I could also offer some other benefits to anyone and everyone involved.
B. Many of the projects that I run and run have been in community or non-profit organizations or the local community (which I get the most of). Often it is with partners in a way that is supportive and supportive of those projects. This can take anywhere from 10-30 years. I could offer some or all of that time but if you do what you do, you may see the value of people having community of their own and it could help that community flourish. A few projects I ran are: #7: the team building group: I am often the CEO of a company and the lead person behind the company, so the team building group has some of the most important roles. It brings them together like a team. And it also makes it easier for the management team to get in touch with the owners, so I think it helps the team work together.
