Susan B. Anthony
For an individual to be considered a leader, they must posses certain leadership qualities. Many think for a person to be a leader, they just have to lead people; indeed they must lead people, but they must lead them to good choices, and a better future. They must portray honesty, good communication skills, confidence, inspiration, be positive, have humor, be creative, and be committed. Susan B. Anthony is a great example of an outstanding leader.

Susan B. Anthony was one of the driving forces of the women’s suffrage movement, an equal rights advocate, and social activist. Susan was very committed, in which was a great leadership quality. A&E Television Network wrote “Anthony soon devoted more of her time to social issues,”(The Biography.com website, October 20, 2015). Commitment and dedication was Susan’s strength, however, she struggle with the opinions of others. Many people looked down upon her as she was a feminist, she was found intimidating to women as she felt so strong her belief for women’s rights.
