Appendices IntroductionNowadays, people tend to turn to non-carbonated soft drinks, like tea and milk, as they are more health-conscious (Norris, 2015). In accordance to that trend, in Vietnam, tea-based soft drinks products have become a mainstream in the beverage market, with the lead of Tan Hiep Phat company (Nguyen, 2011). Throughout its 20 years of operation, Tan Hiep Phat has continuously seen increasing growth to take the top spot in the non-carbonated beverage market in Vietnam (Tan Hiep Phat, 2015). All of these successes involve not only the solely efforts of Tan Hiep Phat but also the cooperation of its partners within the supply chain of Tan Hiep Phat products, particularly Zero Degree Green Tea and Dr.Thanh Herbal Tea. In order to identify the success of Tan Hiep Phat, the supply chain of the company will be examined to illustrate how it brings values to both Tan Hiep Phat and their customers (Appendix 1).
