StrengthsFinder Reflection Paper  My five most dominant themes of talent, is ranked in the order of Harmony, Communication, Includer, Significance and Consistency. I think that this result fits my personality and leadership style. Reasons are below:Harmony – I love all people around me and do not want to make them unhappy. Communication – I am good at communication and put great value on it.Includer – I intend to include every team member and feel bad to make anyone feel excluded or isolated.Significance – I’m seeking attention from others.Consistency – I have similar rules for every one and try to treat every one in the same way.I’m currently a director of Public Relations department of an on campus organization and using those five themes in leading the team. In my opinion, good teamwork is an important factor of achieving success. As a leader, I highly value harmony team environment because I think good team environment is the foundation of making efficient output. I host a couple team-building activities every month to promote relationships between my team members. If coworkers are having good social relationship with others, it is easier for them to communicate with others and work things out as a group. I also view myself as an includer. I am always trying my best to get every group member involved into activities because I think making everyone feel included is the key to have strong connections with team members and make them willing to contribute more to the team. As a leader, I feel that significance is very important as well because it always pushes me to stand out and speak up for the team. The last but not least, I value treating everyone in consistent because I believe treating everyone in the same way can keep my professional reputation. When I leave UGA and get a job, the harmony and the communication theme can make me get along with my co-workers better and for later get promotion offers. Moreover, it can also help me make friends in life to develop my networking, which is a key factor in career success. Significance talent can make me stand out in my job and obtain special attention from my supervisor. Some people are dedicated and doing well in jobs, but their supervisors may ignore them because they do not have significance talent. Therefore, I believe significance talent helps me as well in my future job. After promotion, consistency theme makes me become a respectable leader.
