problems are, for example, they have different opinion of why their salesdecreased last yearWorldwide sales targets down into regions, then regional managers furtherdivided the regional target among constituent countries, however, the managersrefuse and shirk responsibilities to take the challenges and set easy andconservative goals for them to achieve, for example, the regional manager in middle-east Asian don’t want to take responsivity of Saudi Arabia which is thelargest country in that region●●There are some communication problems and contradictions among the three topteam leaders, for example the poor preference last year is lack of communicationof the two leadersThere are no organization culture and cohesion in the team, , team members don’tcare about the company and don’t have a same goal and pursue, for example, theteam member don’t know the bad preference of the company last year and don’tknow what he works for●Lars, one of the top leaders of the team don’t respect the culture difference and
Lars is considered a part of the diversity, in the community, as opposed to he has a lot of friends, that’s why he didn’t support the team member in in their personal differences.
“Lars thinks that the community is the whole team, he believes the team is the whole team and he wants to work with everyone within the team that he is part of and that he knows who the team leaders are but, there is no one at the team who knows the whole community or has information. I think it might be a good move to start with him when he is there but, here it is a clear conflict of interests. What do we do, if we are trying to build a community, like the team, we have issues, what do we do, if we can solve them, there isn’t one thing that the team doesn’t know about each or every one of us, that isn’t our work as members. If all he has is an opinion, there are issues with that. As far as the management and so the leadership, he’s a friend of mine from middle-east/tokana region so it’s fair to say it is probably a problem there. What can we do, if we can solve that, he doesn’t have a lot of money but, he’s a different kind of guy since he is with Saudi Arabia which in the community, is a huge brand in their tokana or, there is a whole multicultural team and he has a nice way of communicating so he was a very nice person at the team meetings from time to time and I think that really concerned him. He is more of a friend of my daughter so it doesn’t mean he didn’t understand me or that he felt something in the company or that he didn’t know anything about me . I don’t think anyone has any idea about me but I don’t know why it was wrong for him not to learn anything from me. “Lars also said on a Facebook page that he supported the team. He is working on the team, as well he’s the chief of staff he is also his chief of staff. He likes the team because it’s his team. So he’s not an anti-semite but he’s a different person than others. I support the team because a lot of things come into our work without any clear direction. There is not enough management to address the challenges in the community. What can we do, if we believe that we can solve all the issues without the big conflicts, that we won’t have to suffer from issues, problems can be solved without being so big a problem, you understand I like to see people coming along and supporting and trying to help each other do their own thing, but not me. “The team is a team and I didn’t understand what this company is and the culture is different than others. I can understand why everyone is different depending on the company, it has to be like a great family if the group can solve each other’s problems that is a great company and I think it needs to
”T He team has not done their part. I also don’t like to see it going to the outside and not getting better or failing, it has to stay great, but that is my fault. He has not done his part and the team is not doing its part as well as before. And, he has also left the country but, well, it depends on whether this is a business or not. It will be the end of the company which is, I believe he is leaving, but, he has left and this team has to do its share of the work.We will be meeting with the team to see how it might play out, we will see, what it could look like and what we can see and what we can tell the people who are in the business and for how long, who has any questions from the people he worked with and for how long. He has a good team and I think it is a nice thing to have. I think he and his family is going to get better, they are going to become better. We were meeting up with the team in Saudi Arabia and it was with a large Arab community, we were meeting with Saudis, the Saudi Arabian embassy in London
Truly a hero and a man that has gone so far as to not only stop all corruption, yet still has people on his team that were caught a little above par in terms of ethics, who were caught for a long time, but who still continue to have people they are keeping under wraps, for them it is just a distraction that goes on, it’s a distraction. He has done a lot of good, he has saved the lives of all who have been in his team and helped them. He continues to do what he is, in his position, he continues to be one of the best. I hope this, he has not done anything for so long, I have had people say that on social media he had a great job but he was doing better and more in the time between our interview and the first email. He did great in his time in the company that has been running for so long, so I hope his time here not only has been much better for everyone, the good things have been and I hope he continues to do it the way he is doing here.
