I would describe my core values as Teamwork, Efficiency, Professionalism, and Fun. After long thought, I realized that through pressure I have shown these values which are essential to a balanced high performance manager. Teamwork is a core value that high performance managers must practice in order to give your team the best chance to succeed. Not all team members will always get along or like each other, but a great leader will know how to make their team focus and work on what needs to be done regardless of personal feelings. The team manager must allocate resources to appropriate tasks which will maximize efficiency and project success. Without teamwork it will be very difficult to operate efficiently, which can be detrimental to the success of the team or any project. Efficiency is utilizing
