This article shows us the importance of group over the individual, it tells us that on the job or in life generally, persons cooperating with other people will constantly have better results than others working alone. In addition we can see how the group, group image and culture are created throughout key processes of interaction, sentiment, consensus and norms. Teams of people take important part in modern economy environment, especially in small businesses, as people working for small companies over the years build better relationships witch each other. That is the reason why those people consider their work family as much important as their home family. The outcomes of this can be seen in better way of doing business. On the other hand we can see that there are bigger companies that “ask” for bigger teams. Here, we can perceive the correlation between employing new people and keeping companys efficiency on high level. If the team doesnt grow, nor will the company. Also the task among group members must be distributed in very careful way. Too many leaders or too many followers can cause troubles in the core of the company. According to the article, that is why the vision shared among team members is essential. In the fact, the vision is the thread that bonds people together. Moreover this paper contains three steps that should be followed in order to improve teamwork. It is written that the leader should always support and help team members when it is needed. Secondly, one project set by leader should be one on which the team would actually like to work on. And finally, it is important to build positive reception between group members for what each individual brings to the party.

Paper written by Jon Wee and Owen Morse gives us an idea about differences between different people doing business together on the one side and the real group of people working as one toward specific goal on the other side. Creating a team is a long and hard process that requires persistence, practice and tolerance. Nevertheless, it is possible that great teams were formed without already mentioned attributes but only by accident. Furthermore this paper mainly focuses on six “secrets” or advices that should be followed in order to improve one groups results and efficiency. First of all, given goals have to be explained in a way so every person in a group can understand them. Secondly, few or many individuals are those who create the group. One individual has to use and combine his own knowledge and skills with the knowledge and skills of other members of team in order to perform well. Otherwise the team would limit itself. It is also noted that people differ by their contribution within the team and that it could create difficulties in reaching a goal. After that, we can see that the constant communication among team members helps in accomplishing specific tasks. Lack of good communication can make people feel irritated, powerless and not interested for team work. Also, all people have strengths and weaknesses and according to the author that is one of the reasons why groups are made. One person with specific strength can compensate other persons weakness. Finally, it is impossible to do any job without mistakes. The team has to make an effort in order not to repeat them in the future.
