The A1 mine is in its second year of production and has a meanwhile established infrastructure of hauling road and jetty port with loading capacity of 300 MT/hour. The Jetty Port covers an area of approximately 3Ha. The A2 mine is in the stage of start-up of production and will commence production within 2 months as of the date of this review and have its own infrastructure and jetty port.As of the start-up of the A2 mine the A-Project will have 2 Jetty ports for combined higher loading ability. Mining rightsThe Mining Rights of A1 and A2 are IUP-OP;s which are a licenses allowing operating and producing coal from the mining area providing further required licenses and regulations have been fulfilled. The areas are outside of production forest and therefor do not require Forest Usage Licenses. Land use rightsNo Forest Usage Licenses are required and land has been acquired and will continue to be acquired from various landowners within the prospective areas of the concession. The presently planned Mining Pits have all been secured and acquired meanwhile which will allow present operations for a minimum 4 years at a production rate of 2.4 Million MTPA. During this 4 year period further acquisitions will be processed.
