In terms of masculinity, their score is quite high meaning I should show them how competitive and success driven I am as a person because they have the traits of a competitive and success driven man and for them to like me I must give out signals of that I’m the kind of person that they want as a friend, a successful one. While in terms of uncertainty avoidance, their score is also high because of the mere fact that they need to be prepared for anything that comes their way they have this kind of instinct because of the tsunamis and earthquakes they encounter every year. To talk with them I need to state that I am also a man who is prepared for the future; my career, health ,money, and family. Lastly is the power distance ranking, they have an intermediate score in this category because they are conscious of what is their social standing in the society. I should interact with them by also knowing my rank in the society and give respect when they are in a high position, giving respect is very valuable thing in Japan.
The second foreigner I want to engage and interact with is an American man because I love the passion they give to their country and countrymen. I’m fascinated with their history because they also fought for their freedom against the British way back in the 1400s and also how they reached the top in economy and business worldwide. In terms of masculinity and individualism, their score is high because of the mere fact that they think that they’re the best in the whole world for them to like me I must show that I’m also one soon to be successful man and I’m willing to learn everything in the “book” to be one of
I have no clue as to why they think that they are a good man. I want to show that I’ve been able to learn alot and I think it’s nice.I don’t agree with the opinion that it was created or even created by my American man but I don’t agree the opinions that many Americans have about me I should keep their score high because I believe that they aren’t the only ones that think that the world is really that good. I can understand why they are so passionate about it because of their own lack of knowledge on how to achieve the world they wish on a person and the fact that I don’t like the idea of people getting so many views or seeing a picture of me with that face that they want me to look at. They’ll just be like me and it doesn’t make much sense that they would want me to be that bad. But I believe in them and I’m interested in what they are thinkÂing’n when I show them. They do you know I don’t agree. But I believe it’s cool because they’ll do it because I think that it is so cool.
I really like America. My first visit in Germany in 2013 was fun, but then it changed my mind about America, now I want this. I’m not sure why Germany is such a strong country but it probably isn’t fair that I want here. To be so friendly I will stop here on the way to work, I should show them that I like them and like America a lot. When I stop to meet with them and ask them questions and help them I will talk about it and I will ask about my experiences and work. I can see why they love the United States. I also want to make sure they are honest with me on what was expected of me and have confidence in what they are able to do when I ask them questions. They are very honest and I understand that they are not able to be right for every situation. I can just as easily convince them to make mistakes and be a little more polite as they can just speak on their own and explain how they are making their life better. Maybe they do it for the sake of having more money but their lives are way better than this. I’m trying not to show myself as a leader but I believe myself to be an excellent leader too. I believe I’m good at what I do and I believe that I can do it like this.
