INTRODUCTION
As the years go, most of the businesses are changing their understanding about the greatest assets they have. Todays companies put more and more effort on attracting the best people to themselves, as they started to realize that the best ideas, plans and implementation strategies are created by people – by the employees which are working in the corporation. And that is the fundamental change in the attitude towards greatest companys assets, as only about 15 years ago, the machines, buildings and all the other equipment were considered to be the biggest growth generators. However, it is not enough to have the best people working in your company, as you have to find ways to motivate them to work productively and to earn you high profits. Therefore, the companies in order to motivate their employees, have to determine the factors which actually affect the motivation and then try to work accordingly with those factors.
The research was conducted in order to determine and examine the factors, which affect employee motivation at front-line and middle levels of the “Amilina” company. The paper is most relevant from the managerial perspective, as “Amilina” company top executives will be able to interpret and apply the research results in order to enhance the motivation in the company and thus accumulate higher growth and profits.
