Good management is essential to all organizations. Besides planning, organizing and controlling, leading is a crucial component of Management. Good managers must be good leaders as well and have the ability to influence people toward the attainment of goals. Management and leadership are represented by different sets of qualities and skills and they provide different benefits for the company:
