The study become more challenging when situational factor interacts. The study of organizational behavior relates to the expected behavior of an individual in the organization.The topic of stress can explain under the organizational behavior stress. Is an adoptive to an external situation that result in physical, psychological and or behavioral deviations for organizational participants there are four causes of stress. There are,Individual stressorsGroup stressorsOrganizational stressorsExtra organizational stressorsIn this project, I have analyzed about the organizational stressors. It has discussed under four topics. There are,Administrative policies and strategiesOrganizational structure and designOrganizational processWorking conditionMethodologyAfter completing the organizational behavior module, I have to do assignment on regarding this module for a selected topic of my company.First, I prepared a questionnaire. Then I was walking around the company several days and asked questions from the employees and marked answers for the questionnaire by myself while talking with those employees. We have several sections in our company and therefore I selected some of the employees from those sections to do my case study. My selection was 7 from 7 different sections and three from administrative staff including logistics, warehouse and HR. After interviewing them, required details were collected. By the details which was collected from the questionnaire the report was began to be constructed. IntroductionTropical Findings (Pvt) Ltd is established in 1979 at the Katunayake Export Processing Zone which is considered as the very first export processing zone in Sri Lanka. We manufacture costume jewelleries and Silver jewelleries for last 37 years of time till now. Our company is fully owned by Nakagawa Corporation which is a Japanese company which situated in Tokyo, Japan. Our parent company has widely spreaded network of branches in various countries like USA, Germany, Hong Kong, Thailand etc. We are the pioneers of manufactures and exporters of costume jewellery in large scale.At the moment, we are employing more than 600 employees and our machineries as well as our designs own by ourselves and we got the patent for them as well. Our vision, mission, our health and safety standards, our quality standards and our human resource standards are based on the Japanese management practices and it’s been maintained since beginning till now. Our Vision:Make the Nakagawa Brand No 1 from the Costume Jewellery Industry in the world by making good quality costume jewelleries.Our Mission:To manufacture costume jewelleries combined with the modern technology as well as the human power to have a noticing improvement and development of the costume jewellery manufacturing industry in Sri Lanka. Theoretical backgroundEmployees stress is a growing concern for organizations today. Stress can be defined as a lively circumstance in which people face constraints, opportunities, or loss of something they desire and for which the consequence is both unpredictable as well as crucial. Stress is the response of people to the unreasonable/excessive pressure or demands placed on them.
