Ok, so heres the situation: Ive gotten a great deal of responses on this, and Ive started making a schedule. 2-3 people are moving in August/September. I want at least 4-5 people in the house over the summer. The house can accommodate about 6 people at the most year round. Ergo: I am looking for two permanent roommates to move in from mid-June to early July, and 1-2 summer subletters (June-early August).
I dont know about the outside smoking rule. I mostly smoke while I work/write, so even I would probably be against it. Its about ten minutes south of the Blue Line California station. I
dont have any pictures (I dont have a digital camera), but describe
it fairly well. Its a two-story white behemoth with a live-in
basement w/ separate entrance that is gonna become a practice space.
Its five bedrooms, including one in the basement. Hardwood floors on
the first floor, linoleum on the second, except for most of the
bedrooms, which are carpeted. The house has been empty for about six
months, but the realtor will get to repairing it shortly (it should be
done by June 15th, he says). Its getting a new boiler and the roof is
getting fixed. Three
