Title: Plant Growth
Research
Abstract:
My purpose was “does the type of water effect your plants growth. My hypothesis stated that “yes, I do believe that the type of water you give to plants effect their growth because some water might be clearer than water that come from somewhere else. My manipulated variable was the type of water (Filtered, tap, Aquafina), the height of the plants tallest stem, and finally the controllable variables are the particular type of plants, amount of water, amount of sunlight, amount of soil, and temperature. After much work and loads of materials needing to be collected my conclusion came out to be that my hypothesis was wrong. No matter what type of water clean or dirty (not like poisonous, deadly dirty) the plants will grow just about the same.
Introduction:
The importance of this study show if the type of water I give to plants will effect their growth, by making the plants stronger, healthier or grow this experiment because Im trying to grow a garden outside in my backyard. It will benefit the scientific world because if there is ever any plants that need to be grown with the best condition, theyre going to need the best water. The variables are manipulated, responding, controllable. The manipulated variables are the type of water (Filtered, tap, Aquafina). The responding is the height of plants. Finally, the controllable variables are the type of plants, amount of water, amount of sunlight, amount of soil and the temperature. My hypothesis states that yes, I do believe that the type of water you give to plants effect their growth because some water might be cleaner then water that comes from somewhere else.
Materials and Methods:
Some of the materials that were needed in the study were 3 plants of the same kind, a ruler, paper and pencil and three plants of
