David HollingsworthAP Econ, NovakEBES 25-2625Certainly people’s current incomes are predictors of how much they borrow.  Even a stronger predictor is future income – thus college is an example.  Students borrow thousands under the (sometimes false) premise that their earning potential goes up post-graduation. The Iraq was undoubtedly not worth the amount the U.S put into it.  Currently, as the U.S withdrawals troops, the ISIL is attempting to systemically overrun villages and cities.  Our impact will soon be nullified.  So it goes. Hurricane Katrina will be repaid it New Orleans’s future earnings as a major port city.  The debt due to the hurricane will, in time, have positive results. They U.S could funnel that money into enhancing border protection, and overhauling efforts to curb illegal immigration.Everyone’s standard of living would go down.  It almost seem unfair to repay this useless deficit we have built, yet it our duty as citizens to support a brighter future.  I certainly believe citizens should assume more responsibility in decreasing the debt.The incumbent advantage27I was able to eat a banana from Honduras, smoke a Cuban cigar, and wear clothes made by children in Taiwan.The lack of oversight we as consumers have in overseas production.Belize has an absolute advantage in Oranges and a comparative advantage in telephones.  Israel has an absolute advantage in telephones and a comparative advantage in Oranges.Definitely they must realize that certain regulations which curb effects such as environmental issues must be taken lightly, as to not reduce innovation.I would demand true oversight in countries that allow child-labor.  Working conditions need to improve in 3rd world countries.  It is unacceptable in this day and age to disregard the humanity of workers for a minimal profit.
