They meet in secret to discuss foreign, domestic and public policy matters to try to form a certain census on how to maintain their wealth and power. Through various other councils and boards, including the Council of Foreign Relations and The Trilateral Commission, they work to integrate the European Union with the now merging North American Union, and the Asian Union to form the core of the worlds first Planetary Government.
