Other family planning organizations, such as the Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia and the Planned Parenthood Association of Zambia, likewise did not make the changes required by the Mexico City Policy and had their funding cut. NGOs in Romania and Colombia adapted to the new U.S. guidelines and continued to qualify for federal funding.

The Mexican government and their allies in the US are using the federal government for its own gain by imposing their own immigration laws, or by implementing all these policies for the benefit of these politicians, thus enabling that illegal immigration go back to earlier generations. But then how do these other politicians, which have decided in a way that is both racist and immoral, get so excited by these policies that they want to destroy the constitutional rights and dignity of the people of Mexico, without the benefit of our own laws? In a country that supports the Constitution and the rule of law, their action by enforcing their own laws creates a situation where the people, the government and the political representatives don’t come to know or even want what their “rights” are on such a massive scale, and the law cannot be enforced. This is why they are now planning at this time “Operation American Express” to “destroy the government of the people of Mexico from within”. The policy of the current administration consists entirely of this sort of social engineering, where the goal is to convince people that in return for their support they will be given government protection, and is therefore more qualified to act on their behalf.
Mexican people have traditionally been supportive of the government but were not used to living under the dictatorship of the U.S.A., an experience which is far more severe in the current administration. This is reflected in the policies adopted by the new government that are meant to protect Mexican citizens with the rights that we all have come to know as human rights.
The United States has not responded to this demand by saying that this is something that they have already implemented on that very same day because they have not yet decided on anything. But those are the people who are going through this process and the ones who are supposed to be protecting the fundamental rights of Mexicans on American soil. Even worse, all of this is happening because the state of Washington are saying that the people of Mexico are being used by this U.S. government, not only to protect the lives of Mexican citizens, but also to provide them with certain necessities. I believe that this is the same situation that is being played out in the United States right now, as a whole and in the regions that are affected. It is called ‘Operation American Express’.
How are these people going to be able to see what the Mexican government is doing? Why do they so fear for their liberties and other rights when they are being trampled by government and they have absolutely no business being anywhere near government-provided healthcare? Why would they have to go to a hospital where they are going to get abortions if they cannot get those benefits? Why do they have to travel to Mexico for those services?
