Personal Perspective Paper
This paper will address elements of the education process at University of Phoenix. It will review the Value of having rEsource available and its impact on the student completing their degree. Next I will look at the Value of Learning Teams and there relation to the workplace. Finally it will look at the Value of Problem-Based learning, how it relates to the workplace and challenges with Problem-Based Learning. First, lets look at the Value of rEsource.
The Value of rEsource
While there are many resources available through rEsource, three will be addressed. The Center for Writing Excellence helps students improve their writing styles through the use of guides and tutorials. The University Library provides the student with research material at their finger tips. The Learning Team Toolkit provides students with the resources needed to make them better team members and help them learn to function as a team member.
By utilizing the above mentioned resources students will be more likely to pass the courses and complete their degree. They will be better prepared, have improved their communication skill and by participating in the Learning Teams they will learn to work within a team.

It also teaches the student to deal with conflicts within a team.
There are many challenges to working in Learning Teams. Some of the challenges we addressed in our learning team charter, my team Learning Team B, listed the following along with others: people dropping out without letting others know, conflicts between team members that were not dealt with and procrastination.
The Value of Problem-Based Learning

Problems arise in every business, it is important in the work environment that employees can critically analyze the issue to define the problem. As important as defining the problem is the ability to identify alternative solutions and evaluate the risks of each. This will intern lead to improved recommendations and give the facts needed to defend solutions offered.
One challenge to Problem-Based Learning is
