It all depends on the clients needs. It can help professionals with encouraging dialog, organizing thoughts, addressing obstacles, and creating a course of action in a wide variety of business areas (Technology Marketing Corp, 2005). It has been used to assist attorneys engage in the jury selection process. It has also been used to help financial advisors guide clients through financial, estate planning, and living trust decisions. As stated before, it all depends on what the clients needs are and this software can help a wide variety of other professionals guide clients through the decision making process based (Technology Marketing Corp, 2005). This software helps individuals and groups make well-informed decisions and take focused direction with a high level of quality and confidence.

I am not sure if it would help improve but it sure would make it easier. It is just a guide not a textbook that you could study. It will help guide someone in the right direction especially in the course of action. If anything can help make decision a little easier why not go for it? It is hard enough to make all the daily decisions we have to make. Improvement is made from within not by software that does it for you or guides you.
Would this software affect how the user frames a decision? If so, how?
Now if youre not a good decision maker this might help the user learn how to frame a decision (predecisional dissonance) but for someone who is already a good decision maker (postdecisional dissonance), yes it would definitely affect how they frame a decision.
