Business Models and systems
There are many of companies that I go to, but after thinking about which one I go to the most I can say that there is one particular company that I love to go to and I can depend on. This particular company that I use almost all of the time is Wal-Mart. I love going to Wal-Mart because their prices are low and they have a lot of great stuff. There are all sorts of reasons why I have frequently shopped at Wal-Mart. The reason why I go there is to shop for groceries, items for the house, and also for clothing.
When reviewing figures 1.2 I have identified the three components of the companys business model which are: business commerce, business organizations, and business occupation. All three of these components are used on a daily basis in Wal-Mart. Business commerce is when other companys exchange and trade their goods and services to other companies in order to fulfill their wants and needs. I believe that Wal-Mart is a trade and it has been running for many of years and it is considered the largest company in the world. Wal-Mart has many of services that they help such as Photo studios, Subway, pharmacys, etc. Business occupation is acquired to set of specialized skills that enable a person to create valuable goods and service that can be traded
as a profit,(Jones.G.R 2007) Wal-Mart maintains excellent abilitys and skills which makes it a very competitive company. Wal-Mart employees uses their abilitys to work hard and also uses their interpersonal skills in order keep their customers coming back. A business organization is structured an also managed to meet goals in order for their company to succeed. By Wal-Mart staying organized makes a significant difference when it comes time to make sales and improvement to the business.
