Wal-Mart stores provide numerous opportunities to achieve the goals of employees. Depending on his or her schedules, Wal-Mart has hired college students to work full or part time. The students are able to pick from diversities of careers and development training programs. The internship program for the students includes a practical training and development program regarding interaction to employees and customers and other everyday works involvement to present him or her real working culture.
