Extra workout: Ran 1 mile after pilates class

Morning: oatmeal w/ bananas and orange juice
Snack: apple and almonds
Lunch: subway sandwich w/ water and chips
Grapes, peanuts and water
Dinner: brown rice and chicken breast w/ water
Snack: ice cream
Extra workout: 10 push ups, 5 knee push ups

Fitness and nutritional improvements: Extremely hard the first week, not use to all the physical movements being done in the pilates class. Started eating healthy, this will only make it easier for me to keep up with this class if I eat healthy. Will feel light and not heavy, like I did this these past days.

Lunch: Subway turkey 6 inch sandwich w/ chips
Snack: snicker and water
Dinner: McDonalds cheeseburger w/ small fries, coke
