In terms of macroenvironment, the economy might decline were fewer tourists would travel to visit Wild Water. Also, state government will be updating their laws and regulations in which Wild Waters will have to abide by to remain in business. In terms of competitive environment, Wild Water will be affected by many factors including the surroundings of the firm, such as customers, rivals, and somewhat supplies.
As its being mentioned, a major amusement park is looking for a piece of land and this will cause rivalry between the two. Moreover, new entrants will possibly come to life and offer newer rides with lower costs and more entertainment compared to Wild Water that would lead the new amusement park to be considered as a better substitute for the customers. Nevertheless, the advanced supplies, better-educated employees, information about other firms, and also more researches for Wild Water would make the company compete against others effectively.
Although wild water is hierarchical, it has many characteristics of group culture as all members share equal values and consider themselves as family. The company is not in need to provide rulebooks to its employees to follow directions; they just perform their jobs well because that is what is shared among all employees.
