Creative ThinkersI have genertarted ideas and explored possibikties, I have shown this by using my initative when it comes to my receptionist role an example of this is when I came up with the idea of a call log book.  I have always shown interest and equsity at work so I do tend to ask questions, I demonstarte this at work by gathering knowledge of the history at Burley & Geach. When we had to raise money for Cancer Research I came up with numerous ideas – work colleagues helped generate ideas by contributing and adding on to what I have suggested. The to last skills I have shown this previously at work, this is because a memeber of staff has left which has meant we have had to adpat to change but creating new ideas such as how will we manage and how can we prevent probelms occuring whilst we wait for a replacment.Self MangersI have demonstarted this skill as I have now taken a permanent role within Burley & Geach, I have also been offered to stufy to a Legal Secretary Course which means I will be taking on new resposibilties and I will need to proritise my duties and remember what is most important. I show commitment towards work and my NVQ I show up for work every day on time I do what is asked of me and I am always working towards goals which I have set myself in relation to my business admin workbooks and visits with Natalie.Organising time relates back to what I said at the eginning, my job requires me to priortse my tasks espcially now I have been offered more work I really have to take action and manage time. Working for a firm of Solictors can be demanding which then becomes pressure, by following everything I have said above you can avoid this by managing time and protising work which is whta I do to demonstarte this skill. Working at Burley & Geach can be different chnage all of the time it is something you get use to whilst working there sometimes it can be hard but you have to adapt to it and learn quickly which is what I do, I also ask for reassurence on chanage and feeback to make sure I am doing it right. Building relationsips at work can make it a happy enviroment to work in, you can become a team with your collegaues which I have found out whilst working for B&G, you have to remember to sepearte work from outisde and dont let personal probelms arise thats how you can maintain relationships.
