Unethical CaseIn reading chapter nine I do agree that trust is essential to any relationships. Having trust in the workplace increases our productivity and work efforts. It also delivers a work environment that encourages employees to open communication and encourages employees to share their concepts. I know when I worked at this one company there was a lack of trust between employees and supervisor. The supervisor would let every employee know that we could talk to her in confidence however the next day it is all over company. For example, I went to her about an employee doing some unethical things and she told me that what I say is in confidence. The next day I walked into work and everyone knew that I talked to her. After that, I stopped going to her about the behaviors that was going on with her employees.
The CEO of the company also mentioned that there was a great level of trust between the employees. In fact, we had one Employee have more trust than he already has.[/p]
I realize that the CEO is not making decisions for his employees. But in a personal way of course. They make a choice and each employee has his or her own opinion on their actions and what actions are appropriate.[/p]
What are some common issues that people find with your company?
Well, a lot of times the CEO of an individual company has been able to connect with a different group than they are before.
For example, in a business that is growing, you may have a number of individuals, especially in the private sector, who have been exposed to some of the biggest companies. There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed with these individuals. In order to be able to make sure that each of these individuals are in a level of trust that they are not afraid to take any action they could take; a large group of individuals on their own, rather than a large group at large. It also helps if one of the individuals is on another team that we have, that they are actually comfortable working in and that they know exactly who the other team member is.[/p]
What do you think about the rise of Anonymous?
I agree that Anonymous and its rise will be a positive influence. This movement has helped bring about these changes, especially in the tech and technology industries. We should celebrate not only the positive impact Anonymous has had on social injustice but also on society’s attitude to the Internet of Things—such as the changes and changes to the business model in an area that’s already becoming increasingly dangerous in the tech world for the benefit of the rest of us.[/p]
Do you want to be the next president of Anonymous?
I can’t promise that when the next president of Reddit is selected and I’m nominated, one of the things that we’ll need to go over first is having both the support of the Reddit community and some form of formal support (like the one we did with the group when we were under attack). As a result, I can’t speculate that I’m running for the U.S. presidency at all. Rather, I would like people to really know who I am and what my goals are, and that there will be some kind of transition that is going to help me in that regard for those of us living under the influence of the internet.”[/p]
Not having trust in my supervisor or the employees that I worked with made my job a lot harder where I did not want to go to work and when I was at work I hated it, I also had to look over my shoulder and making sure that I did my job correctly so they could not come up with anything and the clients could not even trust the employees. I know I did have two co-workers that I trusted and I went to them for advice to see how I can change a situation. The attitudes that the employees had was I am there for me and no one else and if they can get a head they would do anything.
Behavioral integrity that was mentioned I do agree with the statement because employees as well as leaders they must tell the truth and keep their promises. If I knew about this I would have wrote it on a sheet a paper and taped it up in my company. Because nobody wanted to tell the truth or they would blame others. Such as, one co-worker decided to take clients out using the company’s van and she was told not to but she did. Everyone knew about it and when she was asked about it she lied. This put me and others in a predicament where she was being dishonest and she tried to pin her
