If an employee does not meet those requirements, the current process can delay or hinder the hiring of a good Police Recruit. An applicant is responsible for all potential problems that might arise. An employee cannot be trusted if he or she will perform for an employer or for any other organization and will be viewed as one to be avoided or to be ignored at any time. A good way to gauge your current training background is to have a test administered by an experienced Police Officer. You do not necessarily need to be the first or only Police Officer in the group; you should consider having as many members as possible. You should also have a plan for getting ready to move ahead as an Officer and to maintain professionalism in your job at the workplace. In addition, and in our recent research, we have found that officers do not show an increase in problems encountered by officers.
