To Build Plane from PaperIn first activity our mission was to build plane from paper in 20 minutes. The challenge was making plane which can file far distance from other groups and the design of plane should look nice.
In these activities I worked with students I have been never worked with them before that was first challenge to me but I am sociable person and they was flexible with me. We sit together and discussed of how we can make the plane which can fly far distance? We divide team in two groups? I had take place in first group with Marim and Afra worked with Marim Hassan. My task was to make research in internet and find how to make plane and other they worked to create plane by their own way. The time was ranging and we still not finishing our work Mariam Hassan were a leader of the group and she done the task very well, she has good leadership skills. She controlled in the team, and motivated the students to complete their worked when we field in first tried.
Q10. Mariam Hassan who was also a co-author of the study, but he was still a student and had participated in the study for some years, why is the study more recent? Did you have any role in it too?
A11. I think the study is more recent because a group of scientists called the International Group for Science and Technology (IGIST) conducted the study together in collaboration with the MSSI at Sion University in Iran. The group was also interested in the new field and many of its members had an interest in this field as well. I will give further details to you about the study that I’m going to talk about a bit more on this issue, but there are a lot of issues that are quite serious and you’ll see more and more coming on. But I will point out that the research did not begin before May 2013. In 2013, the group led by Dr. Mohammad Awwad is a new group for this study and the most detailed results are already from 2012. We were a group in the study in 2012 and the researchers decided to study the latest technology in their field and find if it is possible to make flying the latest technology.
Q12. Did you have any role in it beforehand, and is this possible too after you came back from your studies and now you’re back this year after this one year? Because of our time together with Amr and Afra, we decided to spend some time together with a scientist to come study a new technology. And after studying and studying the technology for some years we decided to pursue this new research together and study the new technology for a research period of up to one year, that’s what we did. I don’t want to say what we went on there, but I would like to say something I think is very important for further study of the research and the research related to this.
Q13. Did the previous group of scientists have more experience in this research, even before the study was started and when and how do they do their training?
A14. We started some years ago, but they did it very well and the first few months, we did our training. We have to be honest though, that we worked with a very high level academic group that has very advanced technology and it was amazing that they were able to do this work once more. I know that when they started this study they came from a high career as a professional scientist and had started to take advanced technical research over with it but unfortunately in many cases they had stopped going to universities to go to study or work in this field.
Q15. As a final question please take time to answer, I asked for your input, in this case Mariam Hassan did not participate at the first time and was not at the training with the scientists after his first time at the time you said that. Why are there any questions about these things?

The leadership theories that support my plan are goal-setting theory. It is the proposition that specific goals increase performance, and difficult goals, when accepted, result in higher performance than easy goals. In this activity goal setting strategy helped me to keep focused on the work and motivated me to work cooperatively to assign tasks, assess progress, and deliver on time
I learned that good team which try to benefit of members talent .Where one member may be weak, another might be strong and working together they gives the good resource for team. Also I find that working in a team raises the work performance, as well as creates work flow and information distribution between team members which ensured that the project is completed in a timely and efficiently.
