One day while surfing the web I came across a video labeled inspiring clip of the week and proceeded to click on it. The roughly six or so minute video left my eyes glued to the computer screen and my jaw dropped to the ground. The video showed an East Carolina University football player going through his workout regime while an unidentified narrator told a story about being successful, and how exactly to achieve success. Both the player and narrator gave me the inspiration and motivation to always work as hard as I possibly can and to accept nothing less than personal success.

A life in the making. This post first appeared in The Economist magazine. Since then, the website has gained the attention of social press. On Monday Mr. Jones offered the title of his book: Unbreakable Power of Success. With a nod to his previous column, the book is about to turn 150 pages and is available from Newbery Books and is being described by some as a memoir of making.
There is nothing in it that seems to suggest that we are still in denial. After all, when I first first got my job working for a food distributor in New Jersey, the one in my office was no longer staffed, so I began to get in shape with a plan: to create two small businesses out of the work of doing what I used to do all day. A large restaurant was to close down in August, and a retail store to open in the summer. And then something special happened. I had my kitchen remodeled a couple of times at a time, by selling out everything I’d ever done. The food truck that the original shop used to be in came on tour. “The best way to do business today is to take ownership of everything in the world,” Mr. Jones said when my job ended.
The idea of a restaurant, of running a brand to sell a lot of food, was in essence a perfect template for my first big change: to create a company based off of a single concept. He said one of the basic tasks of this new company was to develop a small menu that would appeal to all parties around the globe. But in order for all the people to be satisfied with that, they should have access to an outlet. “A restaurateur can afford to give us a restaurant or a wine club and tell us how much he enjoys each meal,” he added while talking about the idea. But all the same, he said, “I would like them to think, ‘Why is all that different this time?’ And I would like them to think we are doing something different.”
So began the process of putting together the company. With my first business, I had a concept team with an open mind, which meant I had no idea what their main goal was; how much they had invested in the concept, how much they liked the idea and so forth. Each person we hired was assigned to work on that idea; everyone did their own personal story. In addition, there were the people who owned the company, including some top-performing chefs. Every couple of months a new project was brought forward to be developed, as Mr. Jones suggested. There were also creative people who would work as the teams developed the idea. And as the team grew, it allowed Mr. Jones to expand the company, which had grown from less than 40 people to an estimated 250 employees. “People liked being there for a day or two, or for a week or a few days at a time, and then they’d move on to a different job,” he said. The video tells a story about a young man that desires to be successful and make money, so in turn he goes to visit a guru. The guru informs the young man that he will help as long as the young man meets him at the beach at four oclock the next morning. Upon arrival the guru told the young man to take his shoes off and proceed into the water with him. When they get in the water the guru grabs the young mans head and pushes it under the water holding him down almost to the point of drowning. The young man clawed, scratched, and fought for what he honestly thought to be his last breath. When the guru pulled the young man up out of the water he looked the young man in the eyes and told him that when he wanted to succeed as much as he wanted to breathe, that is when he would be successful. This really struck me when I first heard it. I realized that success is something that, if desired enough, can be obtained. Any person can be successful if they look at success as a necessity rather than a luxury. It helped me comprehend that success is not something that is bestowed upon anyone, rather success, in most cases, is the direct result of hard work and motivation. For me the gurus correlation between breathing and the desire for success put into perspective what steps need to be taken to become successful.
The unidentified narrator then goes on to tell a couple of stories about two extremely successful celebrities, and what they needed to do to attain success. First, the narrator tells about a highly acclaimed musician named Beyoncé. He tells of one specific time in which Beyoncé was so overwhelmed with her job, that for three whole days she simply forgot to eat. She had been working methodically on an album she was trying to complete, and was not going to let anything in her way, even her appetite. This was an amazingly intriguing story to me. It gave me a concrete example of how talent can only take you to a certain point in life. It showed me that when it comes to success, talent is only a sliver of the recipe, the majority of the recipe of success calls for extremely hard work. It taught me that even one of the most talented women in the music business clocks in endless hours upon hours of hard work in order to maintain her success. The other celebrity the narrator
The narrator is more focused on how he gets on a certain level of success in a certain way. That is, he wants fame. He wants to do better. His first and primary goal is to accomplish more. For him, making himself do better is the key.
In every song, there is something important to say. You may see this on some radio program where the caller introduces a rapper named “Brickz”, who is not only one of the most successful African American rappers in a country where 80% of the population is white, but also one of the most successful African Americans in a country where a majority of the population is black. Bully for the white guys.
Brick-z is an African American rapper who has been performing with an amazing number of success, though he is not really going to change much. He has never really found any true success, and no one really wants him. He was just a very good rapper, and was a very talented rapper. He was doing an album that the audience wanted, and that they wanted. Then some of the other rappers went on to become successful artists. In the next few years he had one of the most successful albums of all time.
Eventually, the only thing Brock got that made him feel very real was his personal relationship with Beyoncé and their music. Brock’s initial interest in playing music and making music changed. He learned from Beyoncé that she had a passion for doing whatever that kind of music was going through. That was her goal. She wanted him to succeed in it. His next challenge in this challenge was to finally break through. In the next year, he went on to do the best record he ever made. It was a song that had the power to change and transcend the status quo. It told him to turn the page and not take everything for granted, and to really embrace his talents, not just to get on the stage, but his own brand of success. The record became his most successful record ever, but only with a record that changed the fact that he was never one to give up. He made this mark in his music, and it became his most successful record.
Although he was only starting to get a lot of publicity for his success, there was no such thing as no true success. The only thing that mattered was that he had an incredible talent and he had some amazing fans. He came out of the band with one record, and soon enough, his fans were joining forces and becoming his band. Because he was playing and working the game of music, he also wasn’t afraid to do different things, and he loved other musical things like the game of music. This is a great thing about it. Once you hit certain things, you don’t want to do anything different, because then you can’t ever look at yourself in the mirror and say your thing is great but it’s not great because it’s not great. You want to go ‘Oh, fuck you.’ you didn’t do this from where I was. You went for it and came out and you gave up the thing, and that means you are living a lie. You don’t look at yourself the way you’re born again. The truth is you are living a lie. So the only person who says to you, ‘Well, you were just there to create your fame’ is you. You can’t do that, and that’s completely different. You’re living a lie. What can you do? It could have been you. You could have just taken the opportunity to go for it.
In today’s culture, it is very rare for someone to come out and do something great and successful. It takes a lot for people to start that culture of not letting go of that. So when B
