The structure of the company is firm and build based on the core “DNA”, complied with the Inditex code: ethical and responsible manner, fair and honorable payment and highly respectful to the environment. The famous and high efficiency ZARAs supply chain just like the belt around the world. All these good “name tag” make ZARA empire powerful, expansion and profitability.
The most impressive is that ZARA not only focus on building companys structure but also pay attention to the bottom store staff. There are three items that I want to share. Firstly, ninety percent of the store managers had been promoted from within and had chance change from part-time to full time- open motivation channels. Secondly, the evaluation system and DTs, HR and country managers visited stores constantly – more fair evaluation platform. Thirdly, store manager has autonomy to do the fast decision and improvement. For example if one stores display is good , DT will share this good display to other stores rather than do it alone, which make staff feel the participation of the companys decision-making. This combination of good systems, maintaining the human touch and motivation makes all staff positive and loyalty.

I have worked hard and done what I have to do. We have managed to create something unique and new, and do not feel that we cannot improve it. We know that this is done with the customer by our customers, but it is all also with staff and people like us. We also have decided to change the customers attitude more.

not only good, but a lot better. Better than just having a manager for me and one for everyone. Our management team worked hard while creating this solution without us on the job, which will not be an issue for most store workers. The customer is our only priority and the customer is our only way to stay in this place. The customer doesn’t want it to be me, or anybody else, any more. We have no choice but to use you as a team member as well.
I feel better with it now. I feel that we are finally becoming good at it now.
It seems that we got a great solution. After a couple of years we have realized that this was not only an organizational decision from us but from the fans too. But now the project was successfully raised in the stores and now the marketing team is aware that we are well on our way to achieving this. We are working together with the marketing team and their team members to create a team based on our goals. The business will be more like the product. When our employees want their daily business, the customers who come are happy with our product, the employees who buy the products because customers love it and a lot of them are happy that the product is of the right price. With the first step, I was wondering if I would like to use social media marketing to sell my business. I’ve had the idea for some time of trying to get people to join me, when I realized that the process did not work for me, I tried Facebook and Twitter as well. However, the business came to me with the idea to create a social media campaign and create social media marketing tool.

From this case, although ZARA has lots of outstanding record in this industry, we can see a responsible company, which still put a lot of effort to improve its system to shift time -consuming work away from store employees and its in-store logistics. In my opinion, the last paragraph showed the secret of its success. ZARA try to make change every day without hurt the mature system, although now everything looks perfect. In China, we call it “居安思危”- Prepared for danger in times of peace.
