In Chinese culture, dreams can predict the future. Can you imagine what you dreamed last night has a special meaning which can show the healthy, wealthy and tragedy of yourself and your families? If you could remember your dreams, you can find it out in the book “Zhou Gong Jie Meng,” which describes the meanings of dreams and it has already existed for thousands of years in China. I was not a superstitious person until that dream hit my life. It happened just a few months ago, and now I can still remember how scared I was when I woke up. In my dream, one of my teeth fell out suddenly even though I had tried many times to put it back and it did not work. At first, I did not pay attention to the dream until I searched for the meaning of that by accident. To my surprise, “Zhou Gong Jie Meng” said that was a dream which predicted my family members will be sick or die. The following day, I got a phone call from my mother and she was sent to the hospital and my cousin was sent to the Emergency room a few days later. Did the dreams really predict the future? Or did this just happen coincidentally? My attitude has changed since this event happened and I would prefer to speak out my dream before brushing my teeth. Because people believe that dreams would not come true in this way. I would do that no matter it work or not in order to protect my family.
